Must-Have Accessories for Business Trips

Business travel is a big industry, and our chauffeurs meet business travelers from across the world every day. Our ground transportation in San Diego services business travelers in need of airport transfers, a ride to an event or meeting, and even those who want to spend a little time enjoying the city. What we’ve learned in our many years providing limo service in San Diego is no two people are the same when it comes to business travel. What you might consider a must-have accessory on the road is not what someone else might find useful. Despite the many differences in business travelers, there are just a handful of must-have business travel accessories few travelers can live without.

A Secondary Battery

If you have any electronics with you, a secondary battery pack is always an essential. The last thing you want is to find yourself without battery power when you’re in a new city or state. These battery packs allow you to charge your electronic devices when you typically don’t have another outlet for doing so.

Great Headphones

You can pick up headphones for a few dollars at the local supermarket, but you don’t want to do that. They might be just fine when you’re on the treadmill, but they do little to keep out the noise of crying babies, excited bachelors on their way to a weekend of fun and debauchery, or the snoring the man next to you is so happy to share on your flight. Noise canceling headphones are pricey, but they’re worth every penny anytime you travel for business.

An iPad Pro

You might have another tablet, and that’s fine. As long as you have a portable keyboard to help you turn your tablet into a computer, you have all you need. It’s much simpler to travel with a small item than it is to travel with a bulky laptop and your iPad or tablet. These can do anything your computer can do, and it makes them the favored choice for business travelers.

Don’t get on a plane or in a car without water. We provide water to all our customers, but you might find yourself waiting a while to get a bottle on a plane. It’s easy to dehydrate while traveling on a plane, and it can have a negative effect on many things. Your skin dries out and becomes itchy, your feet swell, and your head can hurt when dehydration occurs. To keep yourself feeling good, looking good, and functioning properly, it’s time to get a bottle of water to keep on you so you never feel the need to skip a drink.

There are so many things that work for travelers and so many that don’t, but these are pretty universal items. We love them when we travel, and we know our business customers feel the same. Travel is stressful enough without the constant worry that you will be late, your flight will be canceled, or your day will be long. Don’t add to it by not carrying these items with you.
